Early life and education

Brian Frank LaBovick was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He moved to Columbus, Ohio and then onto Dayton, Ohio in 1975. He graduated from Northmont High School and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He was President of Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity, on the Miami Boxing club team and was President of the Miami University student organization for United Jewish Appeal while on campus. In his final year he was selected as an "Outstanding Senior" for Miami University. He graduated from the Western School of Interdisciplinary Studies at Miami University in 1987.

Brian Frank LaBovick went directly to Law School at University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. There he was selected to the Moot Court Board, and was also selected for the University of Miami National Mock Trial Team. He was then selected for the prestigious National Order of Barristers Award. He graduated from University of Miami School of Law in 1990.

Career

Brian LaBovick's first employment an a attorney was being selected as a trial lawyer for the competitive position at the United States Department of Justice Honor Graduate Program (now called the Attorney General's Honors Program).

Thereafter, Brian Frank LaBovick left government service and started his law practice in October 1992.

He moved the practice to Jupiter, Florida in 1993. By 1994, the practice had grown in size and his wife, Esther Uria LaBovick, Esq. joined as a partner. The practice continued to grow and the main office was moved to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida in 2009. A second office was opened in Lake Worth Florida in 2012. Offices in Boca Raton and Stuart Florida opened in 2014. The practice is now an 8 lawyer firm with a new office being opened in Boston, Massachusetts in 2017.

He founded the medical billing company Gulfstream Outsourcing & Specialized Billing, LLC in 2009. This is a national medical billing company working on billing and collection of third party liability matters, including personal injury medical claims and workers compensation medical management.

He also founded also founded The Good Life Magazine. The Good Life was published quarterly and distributed throughout Florida in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties from 2001 until 2011. The publication concentrated on outdoor activities and healthy lifestyles for southeast Florida.

In 2017, Brian LaBovick founded Intake Matters, Inc., a single-product software company that made Intake Matters; a software that assists law firms in CRM, CIM etc.

Personal life

Brian Frank LaBovick is married to Esther Uria LaBovick since 1992. They have three children together. Brian LaBovick resides in Palm Beach County, Florida. He is a boater, and a traveler. He life coaches young people and is a frequent lecturer at high schools throughout South Florida.
