Cross International is a Christian 501(c)3 relief and development organization focused on alleviating poverty in the developing world and operating primarily in Latin America, Africa and the Caribbean.
From its headquarters in Pompano Beach, Florida, Cross supplies food, water, shelter, medical care, educational support and self-help resources through a network of Christian churches and ministries already in place overseas. Cross collaborates with partners who employ a community-minded strategy and who strive to increase the self-sufficiency of the poor. With larger, more advanced partners, Cross provides not only financial and material resources, but also help with monitoring and evaluation, impact reporting, and financial accountability. They, in turn, open doors in the community and help ensure that Cross can reach families with the greatest needs.
By working in partnership with existing church-based ministries and other Christian organizations, Cross International has developed a network for distributing funds and goods where they are needed most. Cross International also prioritizes Christian evangelization. Everything Cross provides is given in the name of Jesus, reflecting Cross' belief that faith in Christ is essential to the ultimate well-being of the poor.

Financial Accountability
Cross International, meticulously honors the intent of their donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In the rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the poor. They are committed to keeping their administrative costs low and maintaining high standards of accountability and ethics. Cross recognizes that witness to the Lord is undermined if they do not treat one another, the donors, the vendors, and other persons or organizations with honesty and respect. Cross recognizes that how they conduct ministry is just as important as what we accomplish because in all that they do or say, whether among the poor or among ourselves, they should do all for the glory of God.
